Job summary

Kyocare is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and supervise a team of Behavior Therapists. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

This role involves delivering evidence-based therapy, training staff, and collaborating with a BCBA to support client goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working with children with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification or applicable state ABA license.

• Train and coach Behavior Therapists and caregivers.
