Job summary

Fresh Hope LLC is seeking a compassionate Counselor to join our team in person. The role focuses on mental and behavioral health services, delivering psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and group therapy while collaborating with clients to create tailored treatment plans addressing individual needs.

The candidate should have licensure (CSC-AD, CAC-AD, or LCADC) and familiarity with strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches. A signing bonus is available after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Licensed as CSC-AD, CAC-AD, or LCADC with certification.
• Experience with trauma-informed and strengths-based therapies preferred.
• Ability to document notes promptly and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake screenings and referrals to health and human services as needed.
• Help clients identify relapse triggers and develop coping skills.
• Provide individual counseling and lead workshops and group sessions.
• Develop long-term treatment plans with clients.
• Monitor access to treatment and coordinate with other providers.
• Maintain complete clinical notes and treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention when required.
