Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Current State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or facility setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Home Health (Adults and Geriatrics)
• Familiarity with HCHB
