What You'll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LVN license in the state of California

• CPR/BLS certification (required)

  Education, Certification & Experience

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse or Vocational Nursing program.

    • Licensure: Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in California.

    • Certifications: Current CPR certification required.

    • Experience:

      • Minimum three years of nursing experience (Community/home health or hospice preferred).

      • Familiarity with hospice philosophy and end-of-life patient needs.

    • Other Requirements:

      • Valid driver’s license with an insured and reliable vehicle.

      • Ability to meet physical demands, including prolonged standing and assisting with patient mobility.
