Job summary

Tallis is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct patient care across shifts AM and PM in Arcadia, CA. You will apply nursing process, document care, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include LVN license in California, current BLS, and about one year of LVN experience preferred. Competitive hourly wages from $37.50 to $40, with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in the state in which the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) practices.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Job description

Pay: $37.50 - $40 per hour

Available Shifts: Full Time AM (7a-3p) and PM (3p-11p)

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Other Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) duties as assigned.

• Provide general nursing care to patients

• Provide direct nursing care for identified patients

• Provide skilled nursing care as outlined in the nursing care plan

• Providing basic patient care or treatments

• Providing basic patient care or treatments

• Conduct patient care conferences on patient assigned to / care

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse

• For providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse

• Plan and implement nursing care

• Implement direct patient care and perform assigned prescribed treatments and medications

• Provide nursing care to patients requiring inpatient rehabilitation

• Provide direct nursing care to participants

• Provide residents with quality nursing care

• Administer basic health care or medical treatments

• Perform some or all of duties or other job-related duties

• Coordinate patient care delivered by the multidisciplinary care team

• Develop patient care plans with input from the patient/family

• Anticipate patient care needs and accommodate physicians

• Provide direct patient care in order to make patient

• Evaluate nursing care delivered to residents

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License in the state in which the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) practices.

• Current BLS card.
