Salary: $28 / Hour

Available Schedule: Full Time 40 hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8am-4pm

Thursdays: 1pm-9pm

Maxim Healthcare in San Bernardino is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
