Job summary

Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide nursing care under RN supervision in our inpatient rehabilitation unit. You will follow licensure standards and hospital policies, delivering quality patient care to a diverse population.

Requirements include current Oklahoma LPN/LVN licensure and BLS certification; inpatient rehab experience preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN.
• BLS certification required by AHA/ARC.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse according to licensure and hospital policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety.

Job description

Position Summary:

Under direct supervision of Registered Nurse, provides nursing care within the scope of licensure for assigned patients according to established federal, state, and regulatory body nursing standards and hospital policies and procedures.

Pay:

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
