Job summary

Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital in Tulsa, OK is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) / licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care within your scope of licensure and adhere to hospital policies and guidelines.

Minimum qualifications include current state LPN/LVN licensure and BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (online certs not accepted).

Qualifications

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Position Summary:

Under direct supervision of Registered Nurse, provides nursing care within the scope of licensure for assigned patients according to established federal, state, and regulatory body nursing standards and hospital policies and procedures.

Pay:

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
