Job summary

Regency Pacific's Regency on Whidbey in Oak Harbor, WA is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our team. You will assist with medication administration, provide nursing services, and oversee staff in a resident-centered environment.

This full-time role requires a current LPN license in good standing, weekend rotation, and a commitment to dignity, independence, and quality care for residents. New grads are welcome to apply, and we offer benefits including health, life, and retirement plans.

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing
