Job summary

Imperial Healthcare NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and maintain safety and infection control.

This full-time, on-site role offers shift differentials, a sign-on bonus up to $2,000, a referral bonus up to $1,000, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Required: NJ LPN license, nursing program completion, CPR/BLS certification; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications/treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the care team.
• Assist with care plans, documentation, and daily resident support.
• Supervise and support CNAs during daily operations.
