Job summary

The Gardens at Monroe Healthcare in Monroe Township, NJ, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. We are hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem shifts.

All shifts available. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, administering medications, monitoring residents, care planning, supervising CNAs, and maintaining infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
