Job summary

The Gardens at Monroe is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team in Monroe Township, NJ. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.

We offer FT, PT, and Per Diem positions with various shifts; benefits include medical/dental, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and generous PTO. Active NJ LPN license and CPR/BLS required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in NJ.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication, clinical and organizational skills.
