Job summary

Absolute Healthcare Resources is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our home health team in Virginia. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, perform assessments, monitor vital signs, review medications, and educate patients and families on care strategies.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN/RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to travel locally. A flexible schedule and collaboration with healthcare professionals are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN/RN.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally.
