Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Specialty Liaison for the Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship (LIC) curriculum. The role supports LIC oversight, faculty development, and preceptor coordination to ensure continuous student learning across multiple disciplines.

The position offers part-time to low‑to‑moderate FTE with a salary cap of $250,000 annually, along with benefits. Location is onsite in Aurora, CO, within the School of Medicine's Office of Medical Education.

Qualifications

• Program management and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with students, faculty, and leadership team members.
• Experience in medical education and curriculum development.
• Experience working effectively with blended teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient immersion experiences for LIC students at the LIC site.
• Develop protocols to facilitate longitudinal care and assist in student follow-up.
• Recruit and supervise preceptors who work longitudinally with students.
• Provide ongoing faculty development on longitudinal precepting and assessment.
• Collaborate with CCDs to ensure LIC competency alignment across domains.
• Develop specialty-specific didactic content with CCD and Basic Science Directors.
• Facilitate specialty-based didactic sessions and coordinate with faculty speakers.
• Assist with ongoing student assessment, remediation plans, and grading meetings.
• Support LIC program administration at the LIC site as needed.
