The County of Yuba is seeking a Library Technician to perform patron assistance, front counter support, circulation, and shelving. Under supervision, duties expand with experience, providing basic support to staff and increasing independence over time.

Ideal candidates offer friendly customer service, effective communication, and comfort with common software. Must be flexible for evenings and weekends and able to pass background checks and Live Scan.

Formación

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; some office experience with public contact.
• Preferred: one year related library experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist library patrons with inquiries and services.
• Provide front counter support, circulation, and shelving.
• Support professional, administrative and technical staff as needed.
