The role emphasizes staff development, performance feedback, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer service experience is required, preferably in a related setting.
• One or more years experience leading or supervising customer service team members is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Creates the schedule for direct reports to ensure coverage of tasks and duty rotations.
• Manages and develops direct reports by auditing tasks, giving feedback, and coaching.
• Recommends hires, promotions, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversees day-to-day operations and maintains service standards.
• Responds to customer complaints and escalations, aiming for resolution.
