Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in business analysis, applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to create shared understanding of the problem to be solved.
• Assists in translating business requirements into technical requirements, including scope definition, detail, and process flows.
• Documents functional specifications using a variety of tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and drawings to support findings.
• Assists in QA testing as needed, ensuring that the business requirements defined in the analysis phase are met by the new or changed process or system.
• Acts as first level of support for questions surrounding performance, business logic and data related to ipage and Ingram supported order formats.
• Monitor performance and report on success.
