Job summary

Adams 12 Five Star Schools is seeking a Library Media Technician at Mountain Range High School in Thornton, CO. The role includes managing the library, circulating materials, assisting students and staff with digital and print resources, and supervising instructional materials and textbooks.

The position is replacement–permanent with full-time hours (40/wk), 9 months/year, step-based hourly pay in the $21.34–$26.96 range.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of college preferred (48+ hours).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a library, school, or office setting.
• Experience working with children required.

Responsibilities

• Support library use for students and staff by operating the district library software system and circulating materials.
• Manage instructional materials and the library collection, including textbooks and resources.
• Circulate student devices, update device status, and provide light IT support with the library team.
• Create a welcoming library space and manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor coordination as needed.
