Job summary

Mullica Twp School District seeks a Library Media Specialist to provide students and staff with an enriched library environment containing a wide variety and range of materials that invite intellectual growth.

This full-time position reports to the Superintendent/Principal, runs from November 9, 2026 to June 30, 2027, and offers a minimum pay rate of $61,894 under the MTEA contract with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Standard Certification as Library/Media Specialist or CE.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Background check required.
• Proof of citizenship or legal resident status.
• Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment.
• Alternative qualifications may be considered.
