Job summary

The Toccoa-Stephens County Public Library is seeking a full-time Library Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff and volunteers, and ensure exceptional service for all patrons. This role manages budgets and programs, supports community partnerships, and maintains a welcoming, well-run library environment while shaping programs for all ages.

The successful candidate will mentor frontline staff, implement policies, and monitor service quality to continuously improve user experience.

Position Details:

• Full-time (40 hours/week, weekdays + occasional weekends)

Salary range is $48,000 – $50,000, dependent on qualifications.

This position participates in the Teacher’s Retirement System of Georgia and has an opportunity to participate in the State Health Benefit Plan. Generous vacation and sick leave are provided to full-time library employees.
