Job summary

Qualifications

  • Two years of human resources experience or other related office management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational behavior, business management or related field
  • Preferred: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification

Responsibilities

  • Oversee student employment (450-500 employees)
  • Educate student supervisors on University and Library policies
  • Consult with supervisors on HR issues in coordination with HR BP
  • Oversee student employee orientation and training programs
  • Maintain data accuracy across Workday transactions
  • Assist in evaluation and processing of staff salary changes
  • Coordinate with supervisors on vacancies and postings
  • Train supervisors in posting staff positions and hiring practices
