Job summary

Central Arkansas Library System is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Technician in Little Rock, AR. The role includes cleaning restrooms, floors, glass, and furniture, with duties such as trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and holiday pay. Typical shifts are Monday through Friday, mornings, with some weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• Some experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have and maintain a valid AR driver’s license.
• Available to work Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:00pm or 7:00am-3:00pm, with some weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep and cleaning at CALS facilities.
• Clean restrooms, floors, glass, and furniture; empty trash.
• Vacuum, dust, disinfect, and complete other duties as assigned.
