Job summary

The Shedd Free Library in Washington, NH is seeking an organized, friendly, experienced person to fill the position of Library Director. The Library Director must have a thorough working knowledge of modern library policies, practices, technologies and trends. Under the supervision and direction of the Library Trustees, the Library Director administers, plans and oversees all aspects of library.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Completion of Basic Library Techniques classes or professional certificate will be considered.
• Experience in library administration and service delivery is beneficial.
