The LibraryLinkNJ Technology Advisory Group is seeking a Supervisor for the Borrower Services Department at the South Brunswick Public Library. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with library circulation and/or administrative duties.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Possession of notary license or willingness to obtain one is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily workflow of the Borrower Services Department.
• Trains and mentors all Borrower Services Staff.
• Handles patron issues not resolved by front line staff.
• Prepares statistical reports for Trustees monthly.
