Job summary

Fargo Public Schools (FPS) seeks an Instructional Resource Library Assistant at South High School to deliver library services, technical AV support, and information literacy assistance to students and staff. You will handle circulation, shelving, cataloging, displays, and collaboration with the Library Media Specialist.

Regular, full-time position with a 9-month schedule, 37.5 hours per week, offering Group 3 pay ($18.61–$23.08/hour).

Qualifications

• Experience with computers and AV devices.
• Experience with basic electronic troubleshooting.
• Experience in libraries and knowledge of library operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with colleagues, supervisors, students and parents.
• Provide primary AV and peripheral device support for building staff.
• Maintain and repair AV equipment and projectors.
• Shelve materials and manage library inventory.
• Assist with library materials processing and displays.
