The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking a Library and Resident Contact Supervisor to lead frontline library teams and ensure a high-quality, safe and welcoming service across locations.
You will line manage staff, coordinate workloads, support residents with information and digital access, and collaborate with partners to expand community support. Hybrid working is available, with a salary of £30,193–£34,104 per annum.
As a Library and Resident Contact Supervisor, you will help ensure our libraries provide a consistently high-quality, safe and welcoming service.
You will line manage frontline staff, supporting and motivating colleagues to provide excellent library, information and resident contact services. You will manage staffing and workloads across library locations and provide frontline cover when required.
A key part of the role is ensuring residents receive the right help at the right time. This could mean helping someone find their next book, answering an enquiry about council services, supporting a resident to access information online, helping someone develop their digital skills or connecting them with another council service or community organisation.

This is a 33.75 hours per week, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £30,193 - £34,104 per annum (27,540.84 - £31,108.30 pro rata per annum)
