Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Library Services Desk during assigned shifts and assist patrons with circulation, directions, and technology questions.
• Manage the library’s poster printing service, process submissions and payments, operate large-format printers, and troubleshoot printing issues.
