Subject Specialist/Liaison

The Meriam Library at California State University, Chico is hiring a full-time tenure-track Librarian for the College of the Humanities & Fine Arts.

The Librarian for the College of Humanities & Fine Arts will provide information literacy instruction, in-depth research consultations, and reference service to faculty, undergraduates, and master’s students in both face-to-face and online environments and will serve as the liaison to the departments of Art and Art History; Comparative Religion and Humanities; English; History; Languages and Cultures; Music, Theatre, and Dance; and Philosophy. This position will collaborate and contribute to the development, delivery, and assessment of library instructional and outreach services and will work in a collaborative setting to improve teaching, learning, and inclusivity at the Meriam Library.

Salary commensurate with education and experience. (Anticipated hiring range: $85,524 – $ 182,532 per year).
