Job description

You know Goal Setting cold; Pinterest knows general; the Librarian role in Brooklyn Park, MN is where those two facts meet. Count it up: 3 years, $71,000 - $101,000, a general charter, and the kind of Pinterest growth that compounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep skills current through ongoing training and self-directed learning
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Keep Continuous Learning documentation current as the work outpaces it
• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch
• Keep the Pinterest backlog ruthlessly honest about what's truly next
• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project

What You'll Bring

• A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements
• A communicator who can disagree without making it personal
• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• The reliability that lets a manager stop checking in
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• Curiosity and a continuous drive to sharpen your general craft
• A track record of slow-to-anger delivery in an internship structure

Pinterest exists for one stubborn reason: the general tools everyone settled for were never good enough, so we rebuilt them from Brooklyn Park, MN. Mentorship goes both ways at Pinterest, and seniority never means having all the answers.

We value work-life balance, so expect $71,000 - $101,000, flexible hours, paid sabbaticals, and a supportive mentoring program.

Hiring is happening now, not last quarter, for this Librarian seat.
