B&B Theatres seeks a General Manager responsible for supervising food service operations and leading kitchen staff. This role demands strong leadership skills, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A ServSafe certification is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years old.

The theatre is open 365 days a year, including holidays, which are some of our busiest times. While we work to ensure staff availability, the theatre must be adequately staffed at all times.
Johnnie's General Manager directly supervises and coordinates all activities of employees under Sterlings, including FOH and BOH staff.
40+ hours a week, working nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Hours may vary.
The employee will need to stand, walk, sit, handle objects, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Accommodations are available for disabilities.
Frequently move, stock, and transport boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Maintain mental stamina during busy times and work around hot or cold environments, operating kitchen equipment.
