Job summary

Holistic Industries in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Liberty Lead to guide a retail team and deliver a premier customer experience.

You will mentor staff, manage inventory, ensure SOP compliance, and stay informed on cannabis trends to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Must lead and mentor a retail team while delivering great customer experiences.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and supervise others in a fast-paced setting.
