The Brotherhood Sister Sol is seeking an experienced LP Coordinator & Lead Organizer to spearhead the Liberation Program. You will lead staff, develop curricula, and coordinate campaigns with directors and partners to advance social justice youth leadership.

You will manage program planning, training, and relationships with youth and community stakeholders, ensuring strategic program outcomes while supporting a growth‑oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of youth development and organizing experience.
• 4+ years of managing people, including coordinating youth organizing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to fulfill program objectives and ensure program success.
• Develop and expand programming curriculum with the team.
• Coordinate organizing campaigns and coalition-building with partners.
• Support youth leaders to emerge as social justice change agents.
