Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a professional engineering role.
• Ability and willingness to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Engineering or related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Applies Boeing design principles to assess and resolve product/process issues across the lifecycle.
• Analyzes root cause and dispositions for design non-conformances.
• Develops interim and final engineering solutions for technical issues.
• Identifies and communicates deviations impacting design intent and safety.
• Implements product/process improvements and supports IPTs and design reviews.
• Represents engineering in build through postproduction environments.
