Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Liaison Officer (LNO) to support Cyber Command operations, mission coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning. The LNO will serve as a primary interface across Cyber Command organizations and mission partners, delivering technical insight and actionable recommendations to senior government leadership.

This Federal Solutions position requires a Bachelor\'s degree, 10+ years of DoD/DoW experience, and active TS/SCI w/polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience supporting the DoD/DoW.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Cyber Command/USCYBERCOM operations and mission requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with operational planning, mission systems, capability integration, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience engaging senior government and military leadership.
• Active TS/SCI w/polygraph security clearance required.
• An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Cyber Command operations and mission coordination.
• Support OCO.
• Support mission planning, capability integration, and operational coordination.
• Provide technical analysis, guidance, and recommendations on mission requirements.
• Coordinate with Cyber Command stakeholders and mission partners to support operational objectives.
• Develop reports, briefings, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Maintain relationships with senior government and military stakeholders.
• Translate complex operational and technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
