The role offers a base salary of $150K–$200K+ with a strong bonus structure and a flexible hybrid/onsite schedule.

You will handle premises liability and high-stakes matters within the Liability Defense practice group.

Qualifications

• 2–7+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Insurance defense or premises liability experience preferred.
• Experience handling depositions, hearings, and motion practice.
• Strong writing, analytical, and litigation strategy skills.
• Florida Bar admission required.
