Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Liability and Coverage Attorney in its Philadelphia office to handle complex general liability defense and insurance coverage matters. The role features a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to work on sophisticated cases.

The candidate should have 4–7 years of defense litigation experience, be admitted to the PA and NJ bars (NY admission a plus), and hold a JD from an accredited law school. Strong writing and advocacy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience handling personal injury and liability claims.
• Experience with insurance coverage matters preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars; New York admission is a plus.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle general liability and personal injury defense cases.
• Conduct and defend depositions of experts, witnesses, and parties.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and assist with trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Provide strategic legal analysis and case management support.
• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategy.
