• Handle high-end Public Entity General Liability cases with serious injuries, complex coverage scenarios and legal inquiries or disputes; seek legal opinion and early resolution.
• Gather documents and coordinate with client designees and local counsel.
• Respond to plaintiff's counsel, union, employee, or client requests.
• Establish/adjust accrued liability and approve administrative expenses.

Requests legal/private investigation; assigns to and coordinates with local counsel; monitors local counsel performance.

Responds to plaintiff's counsel, union, employee, or client requests.

Establishes/adjusts accrued liability and approves administrative expenses.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Five (5) years of General liability claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
