Represents the organization on claims-related legal matters. Provides legal advice and counsel to claims personnel. Maintains control of files and litigation costs. Develops, prepares, and implements claims litigation strategy.

This position can be hired either remote or hybrid based in Bloomington, Illinois. Candidates within 50 miles of Bloomington will work a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.

Base Pay Range

$110,000-$151,250

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
