Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Liability Claims Adjuster to analyze GL, Property and Product Liability claims for a diverse client base nationwide. You will adjudicate complex claims, determine benefits due, and ensure service expectations are met using industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification as applicable to line of business.
• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing: NY or HI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate GL, Property & Product Liability claims for clients.
• Determine benefits due while maintaining service expectations and best practices.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate with claimants.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions professionally.
