Lia Honda Albany is hiring an Express/Lube Automotive Technician to join our service team in Albany, AL. This entry-level role offers mentorship from senior technicians and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, professional environment.

You'll perform basic maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, air and cabin filters, and inspections, while learning advanced diagnostic tools and service procedures. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; service technician experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have clean and valid driver's license.
• State Inspection certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders efficiently and per dealership standards.
• Perform Lube Oil/Filter, Tire Rotations, Wiper/Blade Replacements, Air Filters, Cabin Filters and digital multi-point inspections.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services needed and provide time estimates.

Lia Honda Albany is seeking an Express/Lube Automotive Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and mentorship with senior level technicians. Joining a Lia service department will give you the opportunity to be trained using the latest technologies & equipment including service drive alignment checker, alignment rack, and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines, providing you the tools to perform service to your fullest potential.

Compensation Range: $35k-$50K

Sign On bonus available up to $500

REQUIREMENTS:

• No experience necessary, however Service Technician experience is a plus
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
• State Inspection certification is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Perform Lube Oil/Filter, Tire Rotations, Wiper/Blade Replacements, Air Filters, Cabin Filters and digital multi-point inspections
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
