Job description

Lia Honda Brewster is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager with a proven track record in selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI to join our team. We focus on delivering an excellent customer experience and building long-term, repeat business relationships.

Compensation Range:

$125K-$200K+

Requirements:
  • Dealership management experience
  • Interest in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and focus for your sales team
  • Develop relationships with employees and customers
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a network
  • Manage, train, and support sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Help manage sales department productivity
