The position offers a sign-on bonus based on experience and certifications and a robust benefits package. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of service technician experience, strong diagnostic skills, state inspections credentials, and a willingness to learn new technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair experience required.
• State Inspection certification required.
• WiTech Certification Preferred.
• ASE Certification recommended.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Computer skills.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership processes.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.

Lia CJDR Northampton is seeking a Level A and Level A+ Automotive Technician to join our team. Lia service departments are equipped with the latest technologies & equipment including service drive alignment checker, alignment rack, and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines. Sign on bonus may be available based on skill level and experience.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $75K-$150K+

SIGN ON BONUS: Available up to $5000 based experience, certifications & qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience required
