Lia Auto Group is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson in Northampton, MA to support customers with auto parts sales and provide outstanding service. The role offers a compensation range of $50,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in auto parts sales is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance with a customer service mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part requests for customers.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to the industry.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $50K-$65K+ based on experience and skill level

Requirements
