Job summary

Window Nation seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Long Island branch in Deer Park, NY, overseeing installation and daily operations. You will mentor teams, drive performance, and ensure outstanding customer experiences at all touchpoints.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and align with company growth plans as Window Nation expands across the region. A strong leader with 7+ years in ops is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience in construction, home improvement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or a similar industry.
• 4+ years leading teams with a proven track record of improving performance and delivering business results.
• Experience managing branch operations, financial performance, budgets, and P&L.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Experience managing installation operations, field service teams, or production environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations and installation activities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing operations team while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Drive branch financial performance through effective budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and operational planning.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with installation teams, vendors, and cross-functional leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Help strengthen and grow a high-performing branch as the Long Island market continues to expand.
