What You'll Be Doing

The Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary to hire, and/or direct hire finance, office, and/or other professional job orders for a variety of moderately complex, complex, and/or specialized clients. In this vital role, the Talent Attraction Specialist will need a sense of urgency while interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or three (3) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
