As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage the full lifecycle of direct hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and matching them with suitable organizations. You will focus on both existing clients and developing new business, with opportunities for career growth and recognition based on performance.
