Job summary

Biffa Waste Services is seeking an LGV Driver for the AM shift on a fixed term contract (to cover sickness absence). Start time 04:00, £16.87 per hour. You will drive various LGV vehicles, including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins from trade waste customers.

This outdoor role lets you work with initiative while contributing to the local environment and communities. In-house training and benefits are provided as part of a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV/HGV licence and CPC if required
• Clean driving licence and good record
• Willingness to work outdoors and outdoors-related tasks

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV vehicles including front and back loaders to collect and empty bins from trade waste customers.
• Operate vehicle safely on site and in local area and report any issues.
• Work as part of a small crew and follow company policies and procedures
