Job summary

Fenway Health in Boston seeks a full-time Psychotherapist to deliver diagnostic assessments, individual, couples, and group therapy within our integrated Behavioral Health team.

You will provide culturally competent care to a diverse adult population, including LGBTQ individuals, and offer both telehealth and office-based services, with at least two on-site days per week to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
• LCSW or LMHC licensure (including those who have passed LMHC exam).
• Experience with outpatient therapy and mental health assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments and individual, couples, and group therapy.
• Deliver care via telehealth and in-office services with at least two on-site days per week.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
