Job summary

Best Buy in Mountain View, CA is seeking a sales-oriented specialist to maintain a high level of product knowledge in home theater technology and ensure the department remains organized to best serve customers.

You will educate other team members about LG home theater products and provide feedback on products and customer engagement through calls and in-person meetings with vendor partners and market teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.
