Job summary

The Exchange in Dallas, TX is seeking a data-driven Operations Analyst to collect and analyze data, evaluate operational difficulties, and recommend solutions. This on-site role lives in the Logistics career area and reports to an on-site supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and make recommendations to resolve problems.
• Performs daily data review to ensure programs are working correctly.
• Analyzes all system problems and provides input to system programmers.
• Collects requested data and populates reports to target operational goals.
• Assists it sources in data collection as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
